Based on exercise kinesiology promoting the development of the sensorimotor and cognitive areas; because in the age between 3 and 6 years it is necessary to expand these resources in order to prepare them to start sporting modalities.
In conjunction with recreational activities, children will be motivated to practice life skills and fun making the sport associated with a happy moment in their lives.
